Terms & Conditions

By submitting a travel planning request or engaging my services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Role as Travel Advisor

I act as an independent travel advisor, assisting with research, planning, and booking of travel arrangements provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. I do not own, operate, or control these suppliers.

Supplier Responsibility

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions of the respective suppliers. I am not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, or failures of any supplier to deliver services as promised.

Pricing and Availability

Travel pricing and availability are dynamic and subject to change at any time until a booking is confirmed and paid. Quotes provided are not guaranteed until booked. Promotional offers, discounts, and inventory may change or expire without notice.

Payments and Cancellations

All payments, deposits, refunds, and cancellation penalties are governed by the supplier’s terms and conditions. Many travel services are non-refundable or subject to strict cancellation penalties. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies before authorizing payment.

Planning Scope

Prior to booking, I may provide high-level travel options and general guidance. Detailed itinerary design, supplier coordination, and booking services begin only after agreement to proceed and, where applicable, execution of a client service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All itineraries, planning documents, recommendations, and materials provided are considered intellectual property and are intended for personal use by the client. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for booking through another advisor or supplier without consent.

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather events, health concerns, government regulations, and unforeseen disruptions. You are responsible for ensuring required documentation, passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with destination entry requirements.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Declining travel insurance releases me from liability related to losses that could have been covered by insurance.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses arising from acts or omissions of suppliers or circumstances beyond my control.

Communication and Consent

By submitting a planning request, you consent to communication via email, phone, or electronic messaging related to your inquiry and travel planning.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which my business operates.
